Nano-particles in food.
For the cultivation or production of these foods were used the technology of nano-particles, the nanotechnology can be used to improve the taste of food or to better use some nutrients, like vitamins, also Nanotechnology could prevent some foods expire so fast, it could reduce the fats of a hamburger for example.
This subject is very important for my career and for any scientific career, because it promises to end the lack of food in the world, producing more and cheaper food. I choose this because i think that is an interesting subject, the benefits this could bring would be amazing and would be available to all!!!
The uses of nanotechnology in foods in the future could be many, the most important to me is it could end the world hunger, and bring others benefits, like food with longer use.
I learned about this subject like 2 or 3 years ago, because my mom was studying something called "bioregulator medicine" that works with nanotechnology....
